The Ephrata Public Library strives for excellence and, as such, is an active participant in providing resources addressing the five literacies considered essential to Pennsylvanians - basic, information, civic and social, health and financial. The PA Forward campaign, created by the Pennsylvania Library Association, to help patrons improve these essential skills.
